What can you do if you have a pitbull or staffordshire? They are amazing dogs, and I love them, but most landlords do not accept them. If you have one of these dogs, maybe you should consider purchasing your own home. The below linked house is for sale at $99,000, has two units, so you can live in one and rent out the other. You'll have your own yard so Fido can run free. After considering the rental income you'll receive, it's probably cheaper to live here than to rent elsewhere.
